- 2 Forms
- Original Passport
- 3 recent passport size photos (Snapped not before 3 months).
- Certified copy of identity documents (pan card/ identity card / citizenship card / driving licence with holder’s photo in it)
- Covering letter with round seal of company
- Return Ticket
- Original Personal Bank Statements last 6 Months with seal & sign by bank
- Invitation should be attested by Municipal Corporation in Tunisia & it need to be fax (Fax : +91-11-26145301) by the Tunisian company to Embassy (is Must) & one copy to client.
